BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Program Manager o­­n the Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for managing a complex program consisting of multiple projects across the business. This role ensures the successful integration of several projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed for success. The Manager role will also focus on recruitment marketing, employer branding, project management and reporting/analytics. This person will be responsible for participating in the development of companywide and business unit specific recruitment projects that will support the attraction of top talent.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7-8+ years of Project Management experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills:
  • Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of business users in a professional manner.

Abilities:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

What we’re looking for: An Executive Producer has managerial oversight on all things editorial across multiple platforms. This may be tasks such as scripts for special content and event coverage. You will have supervisory responsibilities in the newsroom and may fill in for Producers, working with broadcast personnel to ensure assignment needs are met. You will have overseeing abilities on lineups, video/audio, graphics and timing.

Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Proficient at inspiring staff to attain station goals of creativity, urgency and accuracy
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and interact with all personnel within the organization
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work rapidly and accurately
Ability to anticipate situations, meet strict deadlines, organize and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of current events and industry trends
Pro-active with demonstrated enthusiasm in dealing with breaking news and high-stress situations
Ability to effectively train others
Basic editing skills
Must adhere to attendance guidelines

Education & Experience:
Required Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field preferred or comparable television work experience
Required Producing and executive producing experience in television news – 5+ years
Management experience – 2+ years
Preferred Working knowledge of general office computer software, newsroom software and basic non-linear editing systems

Working Conditions:
Works primarily inside a climate-controlled environment throughout the year but might be assigned field duties on occasion
Works in an open newsroom setting with a semi-noisy environment
Works different shifts and be flexible with schedule changes

Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift up to 5 pounds

Lead Data and Reporting Analyst – Software Licensing

At Spectrum we connect our customers to high quality entertainment and superior communications. Software License Compliance drives the negotiation, acquisition, renewal, and ending of license agreements at Spectrum. This crucial department collaborates with a myriad of other Spectrum groups to align the technical and business compliance with software licensing terms.

As a Lead Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for simple to complex software license compliance data and reporting to assist management in maximizing resources for various departments. This role will focus on producing reports to provide insights to determine operational and financial impact, trends, and opportunities. This position is considered a subject matter expert in software licensing reporting and analysis with an understanding of licensing terms, hardware and software technologies.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $85,900.00 to $152,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
