Graphics Production Designer
Responsible for creating layouts for client approval, preparing files for print production, Printer operation and coordinating with internal departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
·      Minimum 1-2 years’ experience required in Design/Graphics
·      Minimum 1-2 years’ experience  with RIP software
·      Sign shop experience would be an asset
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·      Solution focused approach and resourceful
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Create proofs and prepare files for printing
·      Work with account managers or clients directly
·      Large format printer operation, loading/ unload material and maintenance
·      Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of Design Manager and/or Director of Creative Services
·      Assist with sign production/finishing & installation as required
·      Some overtime and weekends as required
·      Other duties as assigned

GES are currently recruiting an Executive Producer to join our Brand Experience team. As an Executive Producer you will supply technical, administrative, and logistical support in the pre-production and on-site delivery of live event.

What will you do?
You will provide pre-production & on-site project management of shows, which will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the management of events from planning stages through collection of invoice.
- Collaborating with clients
- Act as a liaison with clients, facility staff, production personnel, internal clients and ancillary vendors Lead and collaborate with Sales, Creative and Finance during the proposal development.
- Creation of event budget ensuring all events are produced within established budget guidelines. B.
- Management of outside vendors and freelance workers in support of the planning and execution of events.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, contractors and colleagues.
What you’ll need
You will have extensive experience of live events both in an operational and management capacity with detailed knowledge pf current event technology, signal paths and connectivity. You will have a good working knowledge of lighting, sound, video and staging and a full understanding of connections required to design a system.
