You Will:

  • Lead and inspire an integrated creative team across all creative disciplines
  • Developing and evolving relevant creative strategies for both the agency and their clients
  • Develop campaigns across digital channels, CRM, advertising, sponsorship, influencers and PR
  • Work closely with the experience leader to innovate the creation of ideas across channels and customer journeys
  • Offer thought leadership and a voice in the industry
  • Champion craft skills and developing the creative team personally and professionally
  • Future proofing the agencies creative product and offering through innovation in areas such as social media, content creation, branding and PR
  • Contribute to New Business Development and ideas

You Have:

  • Min 6-8 years of experience in creative marketing and communications agencies, with the majority being spent working across digital channels
  • Proven experience of delivering innovative campaigns across channels
  • A rich and varied creative portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication skills and a nurturing nature
  • A passion learning about consumer behavior and their motivations
  • Inspiration from a changing world of channel usage and understanding of creative communications
  • A proactive mindset in searching out new communications channels and tactics for reaching consumers

Are you a talented Video Producer with the ability to create engaging video products including student lessons and teacher professional development videos? Do you have a passion for education and interest in working within the industry?

You Will:

  • Manage and coordinate technical needs between production crew and post-production vendor, sourcing new crew or vendors as needed
  • Coordinate file deliveries and archiving
  • Manage relationships with cast of in-app teachers (talent) including auditioning, onboarding, and scheduling new teachers
  • Coordinate with external casting director or producing partners for lessons involving children
  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify and deliver improvements to creative and technical processes and systems
  • Set and execute production calendar: Organize and schedule on-site shoots and remote recordings , Maintain shot lists, including for pickups and other needs, secure production crew for shoots
  • Directly support pre-production and production days
  • Meet with Curriculum Authors to discuss their lessons’ needs, helping them with approaches to any concepts including proof-of-concept tests before filming
  • Record “lofi” pre-production test footage to try out props or test approaches to a given shot.
  • Attend shoots to facilitate smooth operation of the studio and support Curriculum Authors and crew as needed, especially with shots involving specialty props
  • Maintain studio inventory and wardrobe, acquiring new wardrobe and props as needed
  • Photograph props or other setups as required for product team
  • Build and manage relationships between internal stakeholders and external contractors and vendors, anticipating needs and offering solutions

You Have:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience with video production
  • A plus if experience is in educational/instructional or non-profit content
  • Proven track record building and managing relationships with vendors and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and Asana is a Plus
  • Flexibility in scheduling: because we film with real teachers, there will be weekend shoots up to 1-2 days/month (If working a Saturday shoot, you can then make up that day and have a weekday off)

  • Fulltime position: FT – 30 hours per week
  • Onsite/offsite: Hybrid, onsite for photoshoots as needed – NYC
  • Laptop/Program Requirements: TBD
  • Team Structure: Working with Production Director and Curriculum authors
