We are seeking talented and musically gifted Black musicians aged 10-30 for an exciting opportunity to be part of an A-list feature film. This casting call is open to all genders and expressions. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about music and can bring their unique talents to the screen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform musical pieces as required by the film’s script and direction.

• Participate in rehearsals and recording sessions.

• Collaborate with the film’s music director and other cast members to ensure high-quality performances.

• Maintain professionalism and punctuality on set and during rehearsals.

• Adapt to direction and feedback to enhance performance quality.

Requirements:

• Age: 10-30 years old.

• Must identify as Black or of African descent.

• Open to all genders and expressions.

• Proficiency in playing musical instruments (drums, vocals, or other instruments).

• Ability to perform in front of a camera and follow direction.

• Prior experience in performing arts (preferred but not required).

• Must be based in the U.S. or Europe.

• Ability to provide video footage showcasing musical abilities.

• Submission of recent photos, full name, Instagram handle, and union status (if applicable).

We are seeking passionate music lovers to feature in an upcoming advertising campaign for a leading music streaming platform. This project aims to showcase the diverse and vibrant community of music enthusiasts that find their beat with our service. Whether you’re into jazz, hip-hop, classical, rock, pop, or anything in between, we want to hear your story!

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in video and photo shoots in various locations around New York City.

• Share your personal music journey and how music impacts your life during on-camera interviews.

• Be available and punctual for all scheduled shoot dates and call times.

• Follow direction from the director, photographers, and production staff during shoots.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Open to all genders and ethnicities, reflecting the diversity of our global music community.

• A genuine love and passion for music – we’re looking for real music fans!

• Comfortable being on camera and sharing your story.

• Must be available to shoot in New York City on April 30th and May 1st.

• No acting experience necessary, but must be comfortable in front of the camera.

Compensation

• This is a paid opportunity. Compensation details will be provided upon selection.

• In addition to monetary compensation, participants will receive a complimentary premium subscription to the music streaming platform for one year.

• Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered for participants outside the New York City area.
