Casting Call: Individuals & Families for a Healthcare Photoshoot
Job Description:
GENUINE is seeking a diverse group of individuals and families to participate in a healthcare-themed photoshoot. This project aims to authentically represent the variety of experiences within healthcare journeys. We are looking to capture a range of real stories, emotions, and backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 1-day photoshoot, following the director’s guidance.
- Be comfortable sharing aspects of your own healthcare journey, if applicable.
- Collaborate with the photography team to capture genuine, emotive moments.
- Be open to various photography styles and settings as required by the project.
Requirements:
- Individuals: Adults of all ages, ethnicities, genders, body types, and abilities. We are especially interested in those with scars, tattoos, or other unique features that tell a story.
- Families: Parents with children, multi-generational families, and other family dynamics.
- Must be open to sharing personal healthcare experiences (if comfortable and applicable).
- Ability to work locally in the Tampa, FL area.
- No professional modeling experience required; we are looking for authenticity and real-world diversity.
Compensation:
- Base Compensation: $500 for participation in the 1-day photoshoot.
- Additional Opportunity: An extra $750 payment if featured in the Photo Library for a major healthcare company.
Casting Call: Male Poets/Spoken Word Performers
Job Description: GENUINE is currently seeking talented Black and Hispanic/Latino Men who are passionate about poetry and spoken word performance for an upcoming ad campaign with a Major Skincare Brand. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their poetic skills on a digital video project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write and perform an original poem for the digital video project.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align the poem with the brand’s messaging and vision.
- Participate in rehearsals and provide feedback for the final performance.
Requirements:
- Identify as a Black or Hispanic/Latino male.
- Proficient in writing and performing original poetry or spoken word pieces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable performing on-camera.
Compensation: If selected for the final project, you will be commissioned to write an original poem and paid $7500 to perform it on-camera for the digital video project. In addition, you will receive full credit for your work in the ad campaign.
Casting Call: Early Stage Alzheimer’s Patients and Care Partners
Job Detail: We are currently seeking individuals diagnosed with Early Stage Alzheimer’s, including Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Mild Dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease, along with their dedicated Care Partners. This casting call aims to bring forth authentic and impactful stories that shed light on the experiences, challenges, and triumphs of those living with Early Stage Alzheimer’s.
Job Responsibilities: Selected individuals and their Care Partners will be required to participate in interviews and share their personal narratives. This may involve discussing various aspects of their journey, including diagnosis, coping mechanisms, daily routines, and the support they receive from their Care Partners. The objective is to offer genuine insights into the lives of those affected by Early Stage Alzheimer’s, ultimately contributing to various marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Individuals diagnosed with Early Stage Alzheimer’s (including Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Mild Dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease).
- Dedicated Care Partners who provide support and care to the individual with Early Stage Alzheimer’s.
- Openness to share personal experiences and insights related to the diagnosis and living with Alzheimer’s.
- Availability for scheduled interviews and potential filming sessions.
Compensation Details: Selected participants, both individuals with Early Stage Alzheimer’s and their Care Partners, will receive fair compensation for their valuable contributions. Compensation will be provided in accordance with industry standards and the extent of involvement in the marketing initiatives.
