“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York's Times Square from the early '70s through the mid '80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine.Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. James Franco will play both twins in the new HBO series.

GWCI is seeking:
Seeking NU men & women to portray 1970s Disco Goers for background work on HBO's The Deuce Season 2.

Fitting: Tomorrow 3/28
Shoot Date: Thursday 3/29
LOCATION: Bronx, NY
RATE: $143/10hrs

You should have full day/night availability for the shoot date and be able to make an EARLY AM call time if necessary!

Costume fittings in Queens, NY

Everyone must be 18 or older to work.
Everyone must have valid, unexpired, unrestricted ID to work.
Everyone should be local to the area!

Please note:
NO visible
*Men should have some length to their hair! No very modern haircuts, buzzcuts, fades, temple tapers, etc.

*Women: should have hair appropriate for 1977- no braids, dreadlocks, modern cuts, etc. No ombre, no overly done highlights.
Everyone must be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke.
There may be other actors in this scene who are scantily clad and/or simulating drug use- you should be comfortable working in this type of atmosphere!
