Casting Call: Local Minors for Background Roles in “The Gilded Age”
Job Description: Grant Wilfley Casting, Inc. (GWCI) is seeking local minors from the Troy/Albany area to appear as background actors in the upcoming season of the critically acclaimed series “The Gilded Age.” This is a fantastic opportunity for young actors to gain experience on a professional set.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray background characters in various scenes set in the Gilded Age.
- Follow directions from the director and production team.
- Attend a costume fitting in Troy during the month of July.
- Be available for the tentative shooting date on August 16, 2024.
- Maintain professionalism on set and adhere to all guidelines and instructions.
Requirements:
- Must be a local resident of the Troy/Albany area.
- Age: Minors (exact age requirements may vary, typically 6-17 years old).
- Must have a valid work permit for minors in the entertainment industry.
- Available for a costume fitting in Troy during July.
- Available for the entire shooting day on August 16, 2024.
Compensation:
- SAG pay rate: $216 for 8 hours of work.
- Overtime pay will be provided for any hours worked beyond the initial 8 hours.
