Job Description: We are casting for supporting and day player roles in an upcoming feature film set in Tarpon Springs, Florida. This project provides an excellent opportunity for actors looking to gain experience in a professionally produced film. We are specifically seeking talent for the role of “Jim,” a friendly dock owner with a key connection to the main character, Gia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character “Jim,” a friendly and approachable dock owner, in a day player role.
- Deliver lines and actions as directed to bring authenticity to the character and scene.
- Collaborate with the director and other actors to ensure a cohesive performance.
- Be prepared for multiple takes and scene adjustments as required by the production team.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 49-60.
- Ability to convey a warm and friendly demeanor suitable for the role of a dock owner who knew the lead character’s deceased husband.
- Comfortable working in a day player role with limited screen time.
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available for the shoot dates and flexible with the filming schedule.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $186 per day.
