Pinewood Atlanta Studios Now Has the “Largest Film Production Ever”

Business is booming in .

According to reports, Pinewood Studios co-owner Dan Cathy announced at an Film Critics Association luncheon earlier this week; the studio is hosting the largest budget ever.

From Biz Journal:

“We now have on the lot down there now the largest film production ever with a $1 billion budget,” Cathy said,.

“We're also building the world's first community designed for creatives,” Cathy said. “We'll be community with a resident graffiti artist. We're actually to apply for a license for a parlor.”

Nearly half of all of the and movies filming in Atlanta, are filming at Pinewood Atlanta Studios. In fact, all 18 stages are currently at capacity.

“The future really does look exciting with Atlanta,” Cathy said.
