HBO’s new TV series The Deuce starring James Franco is now casting Italians in NYC.
James Franco’s new HBO series The Deuce is now casting Italian men and women to work on scenes filming in New York City. Grant Wilfley Casting is looking for Italian men and women to play Little Italy residents in NYC. Fittings are scheduled for June 30th in Brooklyn, New York City and filming will take place on July 6th.
About The Deuce:
“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early ’70s through the mid ’80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine.Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. JamesFranco will play both twins in the new HBO series.
