YouTuber HitVideoCollection shot a of a call falling from the sixth floor of the Halle parking grage in downtown Cleveland. A car was dropped out of the parking garage onto another car during second-unit shooting of ‘Fast 8' in downtown Cleveland, Monday, May 16, 2016.
