CMT ‘Million Dollar Quartet’ Memphis Casting Call for Featured Roles

On Location Casting is now casting actors, models and talent to work on the new CMT TV series Million Dollar Quartet in Memphis, Tennessee. Casting directors are looking for extras to play paper boys and other featured roles.

Filming will take place on Tuesday, April 19th and talents that are selected must be able to attend a wardrobe fitting on Wednesday 4/13/16 or Thursday 4/14/16.


About Million Dollar Quartet:

CMT is adapting the Tony Award winning musical based on the recording sessions made by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis and turning it into an eight-episode drama. It’s set to premiere later on this year.

The series will focus on the rapid rise to fame of musicians during a time of political change and social unrest.

MEMPHIS, TN Casting Notice- CMT Television series “Million Dollar Quartet” for work TUESDAY 4/19/16. *MUST also be able to attend a wardrobe FITTING on Wednesday 4/13/16 or Thursday 4/14/16.

**PLEASE SHARE with anyone you know in the MEMPHIS area who might fit these types and be interested in this booking!**
We do not have Call Times so you would need to be fully 100% available on work dates. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!

Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.

–We will not be providing mileage/gas reimbursement or accommodations to anyone working as background talent on this project. You are responsible for your own transportation and local accommodation.–

**FEATURED EXTRAS**:
PAPERBOY: male, Caucasian, age range 10-12 years old, wholesome, clean-cut, conservative, thin to “scrawny”. MUST be able to ride a bicycle. Short hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut. Should be comfortable with riding a bicycle and tossing newspapers on to people’s lawns.

MAN IN ROBE: male, Caucasian, age range 40s-50s, clean-cut, conservative, NO visible tattoos (especially on arms or neck/chest) or piercings! MEN – average sizes only due to period costume size restrictions. Short hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut.
