‘Chicago Law’ could possibly film in Chicago, Illinois.
The Dick Wolf produced universe of Chicago workplace situational dramas could be getting even bigger. NBC has confirmed today that a fourth series, with the working title Chicago Law is currently in development and will join Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and Chicago Med.
Chicago Fire and Chicago PD is currently airing their fourth and third seasons respectively and have already been renewed until 2017. The new series Chicago Med has only aired six episodes but it looks like it will be renewed as well.
The series creator Wolf, who previously created several Law & Order spinoffs, seems pretty excited about another series in Chicago. Recently teased the possibility of a fourth show at last weeks Television Critics Association press tour before NBC made it official in a statement today.
having the procedurals filming in Chicago has boosted the city’s film industry as well as providing more jobs to Chicago actors, who are landing guest and recurring roles that used to only belong to New York City actors.
Don’t be surprised if we see a major crossover episode featuring Chicago Law, Chicago Med, Chicago PD, and Chicago Fire.
