Daniel Craig is told to “shut up” and stop bashing the upcoming James Bond Spectre movie.
Daniel Craig, who complained that he would rather “slash his wrists” than do another James Bond movie just weeks before the new movie Spectre is to be released, has been told to shut up by Sony Pictures executives, according to sources close to Page Six.
James Bond insiders said Daniel Craig’s recent outburst in the Time Out London interview was brought on by problems filming for the latest 007 movie.
From Page Six:
One source said, “They had problems initially with the script, Craig was injured on the set and needed knee surgery, and they were still doing re-shoots last month, even though the movie is out in weeks.
It was a very difficult shoot, to say the least.” But Craig’s curmudgeonly comment hasn’t gone down well in Hollywood.
It is worth pointing out that Daniel Craig has not had much of an acting career outside of the James Bond franchise films. In fact, he hasn’t had a big hit movie outside of the franchise at all, but, the actor blames the lack of an expansive acting career on the Bond franchise.
