Morgan Freeman’s ‘Going in Style’ Casting Call for Kid Actors in NYC

Going in Style starring Morgan Freeman is now casting kid actors in New York City.

Morgan Freeman’s new movie Going in Style is looking for background actors to work on a carnival scene filming in New York City. Grant Wilfley Casting, the extras casting director behind Going in Style, is looking for boys ages 6 to 15 years old to play carnival goers on the new feature film. Filming will take place in Brooklyn on Tuesday 9/1, Wednesday 9/2, and Thursday 9/3.

Morgan FreemanGoing in Style centers around “three retired men who lose their pensions when the company they’ve worked for their entire lives is sold to a foreign corporation. Desperate for money to survive, they set out to try to rob the very bank that’s withholding their money.”Zach Braff, who helmed the Kickstarter-funded comedy “Wish I Was Here,” will direct from Ted Melfi’s script, with shooting set to begin Aug. 3 in New York City.

‘Going In Style’ Casting Call

Seeking Non-Union boys, ages 6-15yrs, to portray Carnival Goers for work on the new feature film “Going In Style!”
Works Tuesday 9/1, Wednesday 9/2, and Thursday 9/3 exterior in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Children can be available for 9/1 only OR for all 3 days 9/1-9/3.
Must have full day availability to be considered available for a date- should not have any timing conflicts.

Children must have valid NY work permits and trust accounts set up.

-work permit expiration date and confirm trust account
-recent candid photos!
-availability for ONLY 9/1 OR all 3 days 9/1-9/3
-parent name and contact
