Want to be in a movie? Morgan Freeman’s ‘Going in Style’ casting call for teens in NYC.
Morgan Freeman’s new movie ‘Going in Style’ is now casting actors, models, and talent to work as background extras in the new movie as it films in New York City.
According to Variety, the film synposis centers around “three retired men who lose their pensions when the company they’ve worked for their entire lives is sold to a foreign corporation. Desperate for money to survive, they set out to try to rob the very bank that’s withholding their money.”
Zach Braff, who helmed the Kickstarter-funded comedy “Wish I Was Here,” will direct from Ted Melfi’s script, with shooting set to begin Aug. 3 in New York City.
‘Going in Style’ features Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin.
Casting directors are looking for kid actors to work on the upcoming scene as it films in Astoria, Queens.

Seeking SAGAFTRA and NON-UNION Kids Ages 12-14 to portray Middle School Students for Day 1 of filming “GOING IN STYLE!”
Works Wednesday 8/5 exterior in Astoria, Queens.
All kids MUST have valid NY work permit and trust account to work. Kids should have a backpack to use on the day of filming.
Please email recent photos to style@gwcnyc.com along with child’s name, union status, DOB/age, Work permit exp date, parent name and contact, and confirm child has a backpack to use.
