The live-action version of ‘Johnny Quest‘ is coming soon.
Robert Rodriguez, the creator of ‘Spy Kids', will co-write and direct a live-action version of the Hanna-Barbera cartoon.
According to reports, the studio has been in development on a live-action version of ‘Johnny Quest' for several months.
‘Johnny Quest' was first created in the 1960s and it was called ‘The Adventures of Jonny Quest,' the series centers around a boy who accompanies his father on extraordinary adventures.
The ‘Johnny Quest' series only had two seasons but, over the past fifty years the show has developed a cult like following, leading to several spinoff series and helped build a fanbase over the past several decades.
Expect casting and filming to start in the next few months.
