According to reports, ABC is currently filming their new TV pilot ‘Broad Squad’ in Boston, Massachusetts. C.P. Casting is currently looking for actors, models, and talent to audition for speaking roles in the upcoming TV series. Casting directors are seeking African American girls ages 12 to 14 that have real acting experience. Casting directors are seeking African-American girls ages 12-14 for an ABC TV pilot filming in Massachusetts this month.
According to Deadline, ‘Broad Squad’ is a fictionalized account of the graduating class of Boston’s first female patrol officers in 1978. The project centers on four newly minted cops — Eileen (Ambrose), Molly (Charlotte Spencer), Lisa (Cody Horn) and Joanne (Rutina Wesley) — who arrived at a tumultuous time in the city’s history and have to navigate rival neighborhoods as well as the conflicting attitudes toward them.
