“Self Help” is going to focus on the character Abraham and will reveal details about this character. Essentially, all Abraham wants to do is take Eugene to Washington D.C. by any means necessary. The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 5, “Self Help” will focus on mission Abraham’s crew takes toward Washington DC.

When the survivors separate for supply runs, fans will see Abraham and Eugene in a whole new light allowing for fans to see for the first time a deeper look into the characters providing a new dimension to the show.
The promo for The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 5 shows how important the mission is for Abraham as he tries to convince everyone that going back is not an option and finding a cure is the most important objective in the zombie apocalypse.
Eugene will also make a revelation about the mission which is important because, [MAJOR SPOILER ALERT] according to the comic books he doesn’t even have a cure for the zombie apocalypse.
