New York City Casting Calls – HBO ‘Show Me a Hero’ casting call for teen actors in NYC.
HBO’s ‘Show Me a Hero’ centers around Mayor Nick Wasicsko who took office in 1987 during Yonkers’ worst crisis when federal courts ordered public housing built in the white, middle class side of town, dividing the city in a bitter battle fueled by fear, racism, murder and politics.
Casting directors are looking African American and Latino teens ages 12 to 18 years old to work on the new HBO Mini Series Show Me a Hero directed by Paul Haggis.
Filming will take place on Thursday, October 6th in Yonkers, New York.
