New York City, Casting Call – HBO’s ‘Show Me a Hero’ Casting Call for photo double role.
HBO’s ‘Show Me a Hero’ centers around Mayor Nick Wasicsko who took office in 1987 during Yonkers’ worst crisis when federal courts ordered public housing built in the white, middle class side of town, dividing the city in a bitter battle fueled by fear, racism, murder and politics.
Grant Wilfley Casting is currently looking for actors, models, and talent to play Rev. Al Sharpton from the 1980s. Producers are looking for African American men that are heavyset.
Filming will take place on October 9th in Yonkers, New York.

Seeking a Rev Al Sharpton Look-a-like from the 1980s for upcoming HBO miniseries SHOW ME A HERO. African American men only, heavyset, hair unimportant as wig will be provided.
