‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ Casting Call for Stand-ins in Austin, Texas

Casting directors for ‘From Dusk Till Dawn' are currently seeking stand-ins to work on the series.

The English-language El Rey – which is set to this December nation-wide with initial carriage via Comcast – would air From Dusk Till Dawn as its first scripted series. Robert Rodriguez, is heavily involved in getting the network off the ground, will be writing, producing and directing the From Dusk Till Dawn series himself. The series will expand on the story and characters from his original and providing more Aztec mythology. There has not been a report if the two sequels will be included in the television series since, Robert Rodriguez only worked as a on those projects.

-CASTING or Stand In for Overnight Shoot TONIGHT-

Third Coast is accepting submissions for a specific male stand in to work on Robert Rodriguez's TV Series “From Dusk Till Dawn,” for a shoot on location outside of (about 30 miles north) TONIGHT, Friday, March 14th.

Call time is VERY late tonight and will go overnight into tomorrow Saturday, 3/15 so you need a flexible schedule with full availability and your own reliable transportation to get to set.

*”Male Stand In” – Hispanic or Asian male, height 5'6”-5'9”, slim to average build, medium skin tone, clean cut with dark hair, ages 18-30s. Stand In or on-set experience preferred.

Pay rate is $125/12hr.

Include name, age, phone #, location (Austin?), height/weight and attach plenty of clear, well-lit, high resolution current photos both close up AND full length. Please list any or other on-set experience you might have.

IMPORTANT: Must be Texas resident w/ valid Texas ID who lives in (or at least close nearby) to Austin, TX since shoots days can change at the last minute and call times are likely very early morning or late night. Please don't submit if you're not local to the area or nearby.
