FOX’s TV Pilot ‘EMPIRE’ is now casting extras to work on the new Lee Daniels’ project filming in Chicago.
Casting directors posted a casting call looking for background actors to work on the upcoming hip-hop drama, “Empire”.
The series centers on the world of a hip-hip empire. To get an idea of what to expect, Terrence Howard was recently cast as the lead role in the series. Howard will play Lucious Lyon, the head of a record label. Lucious is described as charismatic, tough, wise and a superstar in the music industry who oversees Empire Entertainment and is about to take the company public. Raised on the streets, he has never backed away from a fight and will resort to any measures, fair or foul, to defend his beloved Empire.
