To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Starbucks Barista Experience: Currently employed as a barista at Starbucks or possess substantial prior experience as a Starbucks barista.
- Dexterity and Grace: Exhibit excellent hand and finger dexterity with the ability to perform delicate tasks gracefully.
- Well-Groomed Hands: Maintain clean, well-groomed hands without visible tattoos or excessive nail polish.
- Availability: Be available for the callback on August 4th, 2023, and the wardrobe dates on August 23 & 24, 2023 (subject to confirmation). Additionally, I must be free to work on August 28, 29, 30, 31, 2023, and September 1, 2023 (weather hold).
- Location: Reside in or near Toronto or be willing to travel at your own expense.
Selected baristas will receive the following compensation:
Wardrobe Fee: $75 (Payment for attending wardrobe fitting)
Session & Buyout: $1200 (Payment for the commercial shoot and the right to use your hand model footage in the ad)
Standby Rate: $500 (Payment per day if you are required to be on standby but not utilized for shooting)
