Netflix Renews ‘Elite’ for an 8th Season

Date:

Netflix has officially greenlit the eighth season of its long-standing Spanish scripted series, ‘Elite’.

The show first premiered in 2018 and has become Netflix’s most enduring Spanish series, and continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

The upcoming season promises exciting additions to the cast, introducing fresh talents such as Ane Rot from Killer Book Club and Nuno Gallego from UPA Next. Additionally, fans will be delighted to see the return of Mina el Hammani, reprising her role as Nadia, a character who left a lasting impression in the show’s earlier seasons.

Conceived by the brilliant minds of Carlos Montero and Jaime Vaca, Elite is an enthralling teen drama set within the confines of a fictional elite high school. The series revolves around the dynamic relationships between three gifted students from working-class backgrounds, who earn their place at the prestigious school through a scholarship program, and their privileged peers.

Among the talented cast members gracing the screen are Ander Puig, Carmen Arrufat, Álvaro de Juana, Ana Bokesa, Álex Pastrana, André Lamoglia, Valentina Zenere, Carla Díaz, Martina Cariddi, Adam Nourou, and Manu Ríos. Joining the ensemble for the previous season were Mirela Balic, Fernando Líndez, Gleb Abrosimov, Ivan Mendes, Alejandro Albarracin, and Maribel Verdu, further enriching the show’s tapestry of characters.

The production of Elite is in the capable hands of Zeta Studios, ensuring that viewers can expect another season of high-quality storytelling, engaging plotlines, and compelling performances.

As the excitement builds for Season 8, fans eagerly await the next installment of Elite, anticipating it will continue to deliver the addictive mix of drama, mystery, and suspense that has made it a standout success on Netflix’s roster.
