The highly anticipated crossover between Wolverine and Deadpool has officially been confirmed. Ryan Reynolds recently delighted fans by sharing the first glimpse of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in the upcoming film Deadpool 3.
Amidst the ongoing production of the third installment, Hugh Jackman assured fans that his reprisal of the iconic Wolverine character would maintain the established timeline of Logan. True to his word, Reynolds took to Instagram to reveal an image that showcases the dynamic duo in their respective superhero attire. Notably, Jackman’s Wolverine suit boasts a fresh and distinctive look, different from his previous appearances, making it an exciting never-before-seen costume on the silver screen. Nevertheless, the classic yellow and blue ensemble, known from the pages of the comic books, is still evident in Wolverine’s iconic outfit.
Under the direction of Shawn Levy, known for his work with Reynolds in Free Guy and The Adam Project, Deadpool 3 marks the introduction of Deadpool into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Alongside Jackman and Reynolds, the film will feature familiar faces such as Morena Baccarin and Brianna Hildebrand, along with newcomers Emma Corrin and Matthew MacFadyen.
