About Nintendo Splatoon 2

Splatoon 2 is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It was released on July 21, 2017. The game is a sequel to Splatoon and includes new weapons, stages, and game modes.

Splatoon 2’s gameplay is similar to its predecessor’s, with players controlling ink-shooting squid characters known as Inklings or Octolings and using their ink to color the stage and defeat opponents. Players can use various weapons, including guns that shoot ink and rollers that coat surfaces in ink. In addition to the returning modes from Splatoon, Splatoon 2 introduces Salmon Run, a cooperative way where players must work together to collect eggs.

The game received positive reviews, with critics praising the game’s multiplayer modes and Salmon Run mode. However, the game was criticized for its single-player mode, which was considered too short and easy.
