Facebook is now hiring Digital Video Curators for their Los Angeles, California office.

Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, hundreds of thousands of people in the entertainment industry have lost their jobs. Now, Facebook is now hiring experienced filmmakers to join the social media giant.

According to the job posting, Facebook is “looking for a video curator who can find and program credible, creative video content. The ideal candidate for this position should live and breathe news and online culture, and be able to quickly identify engaging video content across news, entertainment, sports, and health. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of exercising excellent editorial judgment and working collaboratively with content partners and colleagues.”

Digital Video Curator Responsibilities
  • Curate credible video content from a diverse set of publishers, public figures, and influencers, covering a wide range of subject areas, including news, health, entertainment and sports

  • Collaborate with our product teams to improve user experience
