HBO miniseries “The Plot Against America” is now casting drummers in New York City
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Wednesday, May 29th in Westchester, New York.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- GRANT WILFLEY CASTING IS SEEKING SAG-AFTRA/NON-UNION CAUCASIAN MALE DRUMMERS FOR HBO'S NEW SERIES ‘THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA.'
- Must be comfortable receiving a 1940s haircut & being around atmospheric smoke! This is a period project so please no wool allergies due to period costumes!
About “The Plot Against America:
According to Deadline, the new HBO series is a six-part miniseries based on the Philip Roth novel. The show will center around an alternate American history told through the eyes of a Jewish family in New Jersey as they watch the rise of the nation toward fascism.

Works Wed 5/29. This will be interior work, filming in the Westchester area. Production will provide transportation from Manhattan. Fitting TBD (between 5/17 and 5/24) in Queens.
