Tom Hanks‘ new movie You Are My Friend is now casting featured roles in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on scenes filming between October 11th through the 19th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- 10/11 & 10/13 – PERIOD CARS
2003 and older cars! (we need someone to be with the car all day to drive as well). RATE: $150/12 for Cars - 10/17
LIFEGUARD:
MALE/ 20’s-30’s /CAUCASIAN WITH BROWN HAIR
(*does not have to be real but OK in a swim suit*)

About You Are My Friend:
According to Variety, Marielle Heller is directing the movie from a script by Micah Fitzerman-Blue and Noah Harpster.
The film is based by a real-life friendship between Fred Rogers and award-winning journalist Tom Junod. Junod, a cynical journalist begrudgingly accepts an assignment to write a profile piece on the beloved icon and finds his perspective on life transformed.
