Villa Capri starring Morgan Freeman is for an upscale in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Morgan Freeman's Villa Capri is for men and women in their 50's to 60's to work on an upscale scene in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Filming will take place on Thursday and Friday, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.


About Villa Capri:

Written and directed by Ron Shelton (“ ,” “White Men Can't Jump”) the film stars Tommy Lee Jones as a former FBI agent who teams up with Morgan Freeman who plays an attorney, in the witness protection program to fend off a mob hit in their upscale retirement . Early reports say the action is in the vein of the 1988 hit comedy “Midnight Run.” According to The Hollywood Sierra/Affinity will debut the film at the 2017 , multi-national distribution rights already secured by eOne with domestic rights going to CAA. “Villa Capri” is currently in pre-production here in New Mexico with a start date scheduled for the middle of this month. The film is expected to wrap by September 26.
