This season has been one of the biggest seasons ever for ‘Game of Thrones‘. The series concluded it's forth season averaging 6.8 million viewers, an increase of nearly 40% since last season. The season also had series high ratings.
It is currently one of the most watched television series on HBO nearly competing with AMC's ‘The Walking Dead‘.
With the recent success of ‘Game of Thrones‘ expect season 5 to topple this year's ratings.
