Job Overview: HIMS & HERS is seeking a dynamic and experienced host for an upcoming podcast-style video series. This project is part of our “Uncomfortable Questions” series on YouTube, which delves into sensitive and significant topics around men’s health and weight loss. The host will guide conversations with a medical doctor and facilitate an engaging dialogue that educates and informs our audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and moderate discussions with a medical expert on men’s health and weight loss.
- Prepare and research topics to ensure informative and engaging sessions.
- Maintain a lively and engaging presence on camera.
- Collaborate with production team to plan and execute episodes.
- Adapt content and presentation style to suit diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Age between 20 to 40 years.
- Proven experience as a stand-up comic, live entertainer, or on-camera video host.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and professionalism.
- Comfortable with impromptu speaking and able to think on one’s feet.
- Prior experience in health-related content is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Session Fee: $1,000 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable).
- Usage Fee: $3,500.00 (plus 20% agent fee, if applicable) for rights to use your work globally and in perpetuity across all media forms.
