Casting Call: Personal Assistant (Director Select)
Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and diligent Personal Assistant to work directly under the supervision of a film director. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the director and ensure smooth operations during the filming process. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the film production team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the director’s daily schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments, and providing reminders.
- Handle communications related to the director including calls, emails, and texts.
- Assist with document handling, including script management, notes, and other related materials.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and manage itinerary specifics.
- Assist in the coordination of daily production activities as directed.
- Provide logistical support on set, including coordination of services and handling specific requests from the director and other team members.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Ethnicity: All ethnicities are encouraged to apply
- Age: 25-35 years
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a media, entertainment, or film production environment.
- Ability to work long hours and manage a flexible schedule according to filming needs.
- Professional discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
Compensation: $140 for a 12-hour day
