Casting Call: ASL Teacher for Major Bank Commercial
Job Details: We are seeking ASL (American Sign Language) teachers to feature in a major bank commercial. The role requires a male-presenting individual of any age who will be portraying a character teaching his coworker how to sign. The shoot dates are June 7th and 8th, and selected talent must be available on these dates. Compensation will be provided for those chosen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray an ASL teacher in a professional and engaging manner.
- Teach a coworker how to sign during the commercial shoot.
- Follow the direction of the production team to ensure the commercial’s message is clearly communicated.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in ASL.
- Deaf, deaf, and hard of hearing talent are encouraged to apply.
- ASL interpreters, CODAs (Children of Deaf Adults), and anyone fluent in ASL are welcome to apply.
- Must be male-presenting.
- Available for the commercial shoot on June 7th and 8th.
Compensation:
- Compensation will be provided for those chosen for the commercial.
