James Michael Cooke

I am 32 years old and have a bachelor's degree. In the performing arts I am fascinated by method acting. My determination to achieve my life goals is helping me to realize my dreams. Every new environment or skill I encounter along the way, I am ready to learn from it and adapt to it. I am a physically active person and therefore appreciate the challenges that acting can bring. Although my background is in the theatre, I would like to be more involved in film. I have worked on short films and several television crime series (World Most Evil Killers Series 3) and (World's Greatest Palaces). In addition, I trained at the BADC (The British Academy of Dramatic Combat) in stage and screen combat. My lecturer and director Ian Rowsell said I "bring a sense of realism and naturalism to my acting." Recently I joined the Shine Performing Arts Academy as a teacher to give something back to the performing arts community.
