Beau Bonneau Casting, in San Francisco, is seeking Bay Area local African American, Latino and Caucasian men and women 35-55 with Type 2 Diabetes for a print ad for an Insulin device. If you are selected for the shoot you will receive $1,000.

Seeking Type 2 only Diabetic Men and women 35-55

Beau Bonneau Casting, in San Francisco, is seeking Bay Area local African American, Latino and Caucasian men and women 35-55 with Type 2 Diabetes for a print ad for an Insulin device. If you are selected for the shoot you will receive $1,000.

You must be avail for a quick audition on Wed 3/18 in SF as well as a full day (8 hours) on the shoot day, which will be Friday 3/27 in the SF area.

Again seeking: Type 2 Diabetics only
African American 35-55
Latino 35-55
Caucasian 35-55

In order to submit, you must have Type 2 Diabetes as well as being avail for audition and shoot date above. If you would like to be considered, please email the following to beaubonneaucasting@gmail.com:
* Subject line: Insulin Device, First and Last Name, Approximate Age
* Cell # and alternate number if you have one
* Height, Weight, Clothing Sizes
* When were you diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes?
* Attach 2 new color snapshots (1 close-up & 1 full-standing view from camera phone or digital camera facing camera (no hats nor sunglasses)

Your photos will be reviewed and Beau Bonneau Casting will contact you if chosen for the audition.
