99 Homes is a indie film directed by Ramin Bahrani and will feature Michael Shannon and The Amazing 's Andrew Garfield.

The script centers on recent economic events as Andrew Garfield plays a man who loses his home to foreclosure and is desperate enough for to with a deceptive real estate broker who took his home.

Michael Shannon from ‘Boardwalk ' will play the broker who profits from the Garfield's misery and entices him to engage in money schemes including embezzling money from the government.

Kevin Turen and Justin Nappi of Treehouse are producing. The company's Juliet Berman is also involved.
