AMC’s The Son season 2 casting call for soldiers in a mess hall scene in Austin, Texas.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on March 8th and March 9th in Austin, Texas. Producers are seeking the following types:
- SCRUFF/BEARDS/MUSTACHES ENCOURAGED! The soldiers are in the middle of a battle, as well as eating at a mess hall, drinking and partying. Will be a recurring scene, so availability both days highly preferred.

Brock/Allen Casting is looking for the following: Role: 1850s Soldier (Calvary Dragoon) Rate: $64 for 8 hours, overtime after 8 DATE: MARCH 8TH AND 9TH Gender: MALE Ethnicity: Caucasian or can pass for Caucasian Location: South Central Austin and Southwest Austin/Dripping Springs area DETAILS: SCRUFF/BEARDS/MUSTACHES ENCOURAGED!
