AXE March Madness Casting Call (Pay is $1,000/Day)

AXE is now casting talent for a live event during March Madness in NCAA in San Antonio, Texas.

Casting directors are now casting actors models and talent to work on scenes filming on Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st in San Antonio, Texas.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Male, African American or Hispanic, 25- 35 yrs – Should be able to speak in a bold, loud, “showman” voice that evokes the old And1 street ball announcers.

  • Talent should be able to watch basketball action and riff on it at length, regularly coming up with new ways of describing the action.
  • Talent should also demonstrate familiarity with basketball lingo and history.

AXE Casting Call

Burton Casting is currently casting a live event in San Antonio. AXE has a decked out bus that will be parked near the NCAA March Madness final games. The bus has a photo booth, an interactive basketball cam and a few other fun things to do. We’re looking for a hype man to help get people excited about the bus and and excited to play with our basketball dunk area etc.

Talent rate: $1,000 per day (Talent needed for 2 days)
Dates / time: Friday 3/30 + Saturday 3/31 10hr days, likely 10-7pm
Location: San Antonio, TX (Local hire only. Travel and accommodations will not be paid)
