Commercial casting call for NBA Toronto Raptors fans

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming ASAP to be submitted by May 2nd in Toronto, Ontario.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • If the Raptors win tonight (which they will) – We would love to have fans film themselves celebrating the victory at home, in bars, at the game – anywhere where they’re SUPER PUMPED UP. Please ALSO include ALL EMOTIONAL HIGHLIGHT of the game: expressions on faces..etc up to the winning moment. Open to individuals or a group celebrating together.

URGENT ATTENTION RAPTORS FANS IN CANADA!!

Jigsaw Casting Ltd. Is seeking Raptors Fans for an OLG Campaign! We need fans to make a video(s) of themselves during TONIGHT’S MAY 3 GAME!

OLG in partnership with the NBA are looking for fans AGES 23 AND OLDER to film themselves and SHOW ALL EMOTIONAL HIGHLIGHTS OF THE GAME up until the winning moment. They can be at home, at the bar, at the game..or anywhere that shows them being SUPER PUMPED UP. The selected videos would be used for an online and TV campaign.

*If your video is chosen, each person appearing in the video will be paid a minimum of $800 + each. Open to individuals or a group watching the game together.

PLEASE READ ALL VIDEO REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

1) Please wear clothing that has NO LOGOS, official Raptors gear would be fine but DO NOT WEAR: ‘WE THE NORTH’ or ‘TORONTO vs EVERYONE’ or ‘HOME is TORONTO’ or ‘NORTH over EVERYTHING’ since we do not have the rights for those.
2) Please remove ALL LOGOS IN THE ROOM YOU ARE FILMING IN, such as pizza boxes and beer with other company logos on it..etc.
3) Video must be shot in portrait format (UPRIGHT) on an iPhone 7 or higher for a decent quality. (Feel free to borrow a friend’s iphone if you don’t have one)
4) Make sure the light is on, so we can see your faces clearly. Filming in a dark bar is not a good idea.
5) If you are filming a video as a group, a Maximum of 6 people will be permitted in each video. Please have one person apply on behalf of your group.
6) Each video participant MUST BE a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply and over 23 years of age.
7) Please DO NOT capture TV broadcast footage in the shot or we won’t be able to use it.

Submissions are due by: TOMORROW FRIDAY MAY 4 at 9am, submit your video ASAP ON THURSDAY NIGHT RIGHT AFTER THE GAME!

Details & Submission Information
If interested, you must submit your video to be considered.
Please e-mail the following to: research@jigsawcasting.com

1. You must include all Names, ages and phone numbers of each person appearing in your video.
2. A Video of you or your group reacting to the Raptors game (Can upload it onto youtube as ‘unlisted’ or send video file through any file sharing site, it must be set as public so we can view it)
3. A photo of each person that is in the video.
4. Please write ‘RAPTORS’ in the subject line of your email, along with your name and age. (E.G. RAPTORS – Jack Jones – age 32)

*If you have already submitted for this project, you do not need to re-submit your information.
*Please note that you will not be compensated for your submission unless your video is selected to be in the campaign.
*Open to ACTRA, Apprentice and AABP members.
