Fascia Training – Female 35-55yrs
Mobility Training – Males/Females 35-55yrs
Line/Square Dance – Males/Females 35-55yrs
Shaman Dance – Males/Females 35-55yrs (no Drum, must be an instructor)
Stretching – Males 20-33yrs
Spin Pro/Basic – Males/Females 20-33yrs
Iron Bars (Pump style workout) – Males 20-33yrs
