“Drumline 2” posted a casting call seeking stand-ins to work on the upcoming movie filming in Atlanta, Georgia.
VH1 has given a green light to Drumline: A New Beat. It will be the next original movie to follow the widely popular TLC Biopic that was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nick Cannon is expected to make a return, reprising his role as well as executive producing.
Drumline 2, will focus on a female lead — Dani Bolton from Brooklyn — and her decision to defy her parents, go to school in New Orleans and bring a once-prominent drumline back to life.
