EXCLUSIVE: Lee Daniels’ ‘Empire’ Stand-Ins Casting Call in Chicago

FOX’s TV Pilot ‘EMPIRE’ is now casting stand-ins to work on the new Lee Daniels’ new TV pilot filming in Chicago.

Casting directors posted a casting call looking for background actors to work on the upcoming hip-hop drama, “Empire”.

The series centers on the world of a hip-hip empire. To get an idea of what to expect, Terrence Howard was recently cast as the lead role in the series. Howard will play Lucious Lyon, the head of a record label. Lucious is described as charismatic, tough, wise and a superstar in the music industry who oversees Empire Entertainment and is about to take the company public.

CASTING ALERT!

We are searching for dedicated men and women to act as STAND INS for the next six weeks. This is a big commitment, and we need to make sure the people we book are 100% available when we need them. Only submit if you fit the description of the person we need. We will NOT consider people who do not fall within the specific stats for each actor.

AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE: Early 20’s-30’s, between 6’2″ and 6’4″, 180-190lbs. Medium build.

AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE: MId 40’s-early 50’s, between 6’1″ and 6’3″, 225-235lbs. Muscular build.

AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE: 20’s-30’s, between 5’4″ and 5’6″, 115-125lbs. Slim to medium build.

CAUCASIAN FEMALE: Blonde, 20’s-30’s, between 5’6″ and 5’8″, 115-125lbs. Slim build.
