Atlanta Casting: ‘STAR’ Season 2 Casting Call for a Jail Scene

Fox's Star Season 2 is now casting extras for a jail scene in Atlanta, Georgia.

Casting directors are now taking submissions for to portray FEMALE inmates. Producers are for Drag Performers and Cross Dressers who have their own wigs and wardrobe for this scene. Big intimidating looks are a plus. Filming will shoot on Monday, July 24th in Atlanta.

Casting directors are also looking for young women over the age of 18 who can portray 15 to 18 year old girls at a detention center. must be okay with not wearing . In addition, producers are looking for people patrons and security guards. Filming will shoot on Tuesday, July 25th in Atlanta.

About Star:

Star tracks down her sister, SIMONE (newcomer Brittany O'Grady), and her bestie, ALEXANDRA (newcomer Ryan Destiny), and together, the trio journeys to Atlanta to become music superstars.  Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award, Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Queen Latifah (“Bessie,” “Bringing Down The House”) plays CARLOTTA, a surrogate mother to the young crew.

Location: TBD- Atlanta or Douglasville

Teen Girls- Looking for young women over the age of 18 who can portray 15-18 year old girls at a detention center. Must be okay with not wearing makeup. Please submit pics without makeup and no smiles. When submitting put “Teen 25” in the subject line.

Security Guard: Looking for Women and Men. Men, 5'10 and up, over the age of 25, to portray Security Guards. Low hair cut. Must be clean shaven- No facial hair. Women, must have short to medium length hair. When submitting put “Guard 25” in the subject line.

Patrons with Car: Looking for women and men over the age of 18, with cars that don't look brand new. No Vans, No Trucks or SUV's. No red or White colors. When submitting put “Car 25” in the subject line. This comes with an extra $25 bump.
