About Heart of a Lion:
According to reports, The Hate U Give director George Tillman JR will direct the upcoming George Forman biopic.
Tillman is an accomplished filmmaker in the entertainment industry. His filmography includes episodes on NBC's This Is Us and Netflix's Luke Cage. Now the director will team up with David Zelon's production company Mandalay Pictures to produce the upcoming film.
George Foreman is a two-time world heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist. His fights with Joe Frazier and Muhammed Ali are in sports history. He even transitioned his fame into a multi-million dollar business with the Foreman Grill selling over 100 million units worldwide.
