‘How To Be Single’ casting call for extras in New York City
Barbara McNamara Casting looking for actors, models, and talent to work on the upcoming feature film, ‘How To Be Single’ filming in New York City.
According to Deadline, ‘How to Be Single’ features Dakota Johnson, Rebel Wilson, Alison Brie, Dan Stevens and Leslie Man.
“How to be Single” is the story of Julie Jenson, single New Yorker turned anthropologist. After a historically bad night out with her friends, Julie decides to cash it all in and hit the road. From Paris to Brazil to Sydney, Bali, Beijing, Mumbai and Reykjavik, Julie travels the world to find out if anyone has a better idea how to handle this whole “single” thing. Julie falls in love, gets her heart broken, sees the world, and learns more than she ever dreamed possible.
Back in New York, her friends are grappling with their own issues—bad blind dates, loveless engagements, custody battles, and single motherhood. Through their journeys, each woman fights to redefine their vision of love, happiness and a fulfilled life.

Barbara McNamara Casting is looking for the following SAG and Non-union background actors for the movie How To Be Single. Shooting April 20th through June 24th, in the NYC Area.
-Model types- Males and females, ages 20-30. Beautiful, hip, cool, and fabulous 20 somethings, for club and party settings.
-Hip Bar Goers- Males and females, ages 20-40. Very attractive, fabulous, hip and cool city people, for very hip bar scenes.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Barbara McNamara Casting is looking for Newborn babies and 6-8month old baby twins for Featured Background roles for the film HOW TO BE SINGLE. Shoots in the NYC area.
Newborn baby- Infant caucasian babies, females preferred, but boys are fine. To portray one of the lead’s baby. *Twin newborns preferred, but will see single newborns too* Shoot date: May 11th
6-8months twins- 6-8 month old caucasian girl identical twins. To portray one of the lead’s baby at 6-8 months. Shoots May: 13th
