Casting directors are now casting talent for an upcoming Gerber Baby commercial filming in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are seeking the following types:
- Looking for bright, happy babies who are comfortable interacting with and being held by people who are not familiar to them. Parents and siblings may be used as well!
- ALSO CASTING PARENTS: If you are submitting your 6-12 month old baby, please let us know on the below application if there is a parent interested in being considered to appear in the commercial. (Note: We will still consider the baby if the parents are not interested).ALSO CASTING SIBLINGS: If you are submitting your 6-12 month old baby, please let us know on the below application if your baby has a sibling who is 6-9 years old and would be interested in being considered for the commercial. (Note: We will still consider the baby if they don't have siblings in this age range).

Hello and thanks so much for responding to our Gerber Commercial casting notice!
We are looking for several Chicago land area babies, boys and girls, who are 6-12 months old to be featured in a PAID Gerber commercial.
Looking for bright, happy babies who are comfortable interacting with and being held by people who are not familiar to them. Parents and siblings may be used as well!
If you have a baby born between Sept. 1, 2016 -and March 15, 2017, then please fill out the below application.
ALSO CASTING PARENTS: If you are submitting your 6-12 month old baby, please let us know on the below application if there is a parent interested in being considered to appear in the commercial. (Note: We will still consider the baby if the parents are not interested).

IMPORTANT NOTE: If parent or sibling wants to audition and be considered for the project, there is a chance that just the baby will be chosen. Please only apply if you're comfortable with that.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: 9am Tues. 9/12

Audition Dates: If you meet the requirements, we will reach out to you to schedule your child for a specific time slot for one of the following days: Mon. 9//11, Tues. 9/12, or Wed. 9/13
Wardrobe Date: Fri. 9/22
Shoot Dates: Sat. 9/23 and Sun. 9/24
Shoot Location: Chicago, IL
THIS IS A NONUNION PROJECT. Below are the rates:
Shoot Day Rates: Baby/Sibling: $400.00 per day
Adults: $500.00 for 8 hour day (overtime is time and a half per hour based on hourly increments of session fee)
Media/Usage Utilized & Buyout:
IF USED IN FINAL SPOT THEY WOULD GET THE BUYOUT.
Talent buy-out terms: (1) :30, (1) :15 Lift and (2) :15's. Unlimited edits/ lifts/ versions (so long as under the umbrella of the campaign).
Media: all media (includes Broadcast, free TV, cable, satellite, pay TV), Internet, New Media, Social Media, Electronic Media, Industrial, In store and PR & digital banners
Based on appearance in final commercials and begins at first airdate
Term: 1 year Buyout from 1st airdate
Territory: North America and Puerto Rico, Internet is worldwide by nature
Option to renew for additional year: original cost + 10%.
Buyout Rate: (Only those who make the final cut of the commercial would get the additional buyout compensation)
BABY/SIBLING: $2,000.00
ADULTS: $2,200.00
(Client is responsible for Buyout Payment of talent, if used in final spot, recognizable & applicable, upon airing)
