NBC’s Chicago PD is now casting extras for hospital scene in Chicago, Illinois.

NBC’s Chicago PD is now casting actors, models, and talent to work on a crossover episode. Producers are looking for extras to play hospital visitors, and neighborhood residents. Filming will take place on Friday, January 6th in Chicago, Illinois.

NBC’s Chicago PD centers on the Intelligence team located at the District 21 of the Chicago Police department. This team fights the city’s major offenses including organized crime, drug trafficking, and high profile murders.

**NBC’s Chicago PD – Background Extra Casting Alert!**

SUBMISSION TITLE: “BLOODWORK”
FILMS: Friday, January 6th; films at Cinespace Film Studios. Applicants must have full day and evening availability.
ROLES: ‘Chicago MED (Hospital) Staff & Patients/Visitors, etc.’: M/F, Ages: 7-older, any ethnicity. 1. HOSPITAL STAFF: Doctors, Nurses, Med Techs, Med Students, Security Guards, Medics, Hospital Administrators, etc. 2. HOSPITAL PATIENTS: Waiting Room Patients, Family Members, etc. *Some applicants will work Med’s scenes and then change wardrobe to work EXTERIOR Police Station scenes as Pedestrians, etc. So applicants must be ok with working exterior/outside scenes, as well. Also, looking for a few kids (ages: 7-10 YO) to play in the waiting room ‘Children’s Corner.’ Minors under 16YO must have an existing Minor Work Permit through TSC/ECC or an accredited talent agency. PAY RATE: $84 for up to 8 hours of work and time and one half for anything after 8.

SUBMISSION TITLE: “3D ZONE”
FILMS: Tuesday, January 10th; films NEAR the United Center/Cinespace neighborhood. Potential very early morning call time.
ROLES: ‘Neighborhood Residents & Crime Scene staff: Arson Team/Bomb Squad/Gas Company, etc.’: ALL applicants must be okay with working Exterior/Outside scenes only. 1.) CRIME SCENE ONLOOKERS: Seeking Males/Females, ages: 20-older, any ethnicity, to play middle-class neighborhood onlookers to a crime scene (Burned-down house). 2.) CRIME SCENE STAFF: clean-cut, well-groomed, Military/Fire Dept. types to play our Fire Chief/Arson Team/Bomb Squad/Gas Company employees, etc. Applicants submitting for Crime Scene staff types should also be available to attend a potential wardrobe fitting prior to the film date, during the day, at Cinespace Film Studios (most likely either Fri, Jan. 6th or Mon, Jan. 9th).
PAY RATE: $84 for up to 8 hours of work and time and one half for anything after 8; IF fit before the film date = +$25 Fitting Bump added to your first day of work.
