NBC ‘Chicago Fire’ is now casting Chicago extras for a huge accident scene.

NBC’s Chicago Fire is looking for a TON of background actors to work on an outdoor accident scene filming on Monday, December 14th in Chicago, Illinois. producers will be using movie smoke in this scene, so if you have any breathing issues or allergies, this not the scene for you. Producers are looking for a ton of background extras. So tell your friends, families and come out and work as a background extra.

All extras that are hired will be compensated “rate of pay is $80 for an 8 hour day and time and a half after 8 hours. You will receive a check about two weeks later. A normal day shoot about 12 hours and can shoot hours longer. Anyone we cast will need to stay the entire shoot.”

Chicago Fire is created by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas and produced by Law & Order creator Dick Wolf, the show follows the lives of the firefighters and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51, Truck 81, Squad 3, Ambulance 61 and Battalion 25.

Casting Alert! Searching for males and females, 18 to 70, all ethnicities to work our super cool outdoor accident scene as EVACUEES on “Chicago Fire”. This scene will shoot on Monday, Dec. 14th. We will be using movie smoke in this scene so if you have any breathing issues, or allergies, this is not the scene for you. SAFETY FIRST!

We need many people for this scene. It’s going to be fun! We will start super early in the morning. It could start as early as 4am or so. Get yourfriends, tell your families, come on out and be an extra! We love casting old friends and new people who have never been an extra before. The rate of pay is $80 for an 8 hour day and time and a half after 8 hours. You will receive a check about two weeks later. A normal day shoot about 12 hours and can shoot hours longer. Anyone we cast will need to stay the entire shoot.
